The National Agency
of Pet Grooming Schools
was established in 1998. The mandate of the agency is to promote the highest
standards of grooming skills; ensure the professional standards of instruction
through schools in Canada; to provide written assessment to each student on
completion of their course work and to simplify complaint procedures.
