NAPGS / Complaints Procedures
Should a student have cause to complain regarding any aspect of the course, every effort should be made by the student to resolve the matter with the Training Center.

If this is not possible, the student has the right to submit written details of the complaint to the National Agency of Pet Grooming Schools for consideration.
