Each student will be issued with a written prospectus or course information.
A copy of this will be lodged with the N.A.P.G.S.
and any amendments notified in writing to the N.A.P.G.S. immediately.
A written contract will be completed and issued to the student or training agency before the commencement of each course. A written Health and Safety Policy Statement will be available for inspection by the student. The student will be notified of the name of the Training Center's First Aider. Adequate insurance will be provided by the Training Center to cover Employers Liability, Public Liability and Animal Insurance, and will be available for inspection. The Training Center's facilities will be of suitable size and condition. Suitable amenities will be provided for students. Equipment provided by the Training Center will be of a good standard, properly maintained and safe to use. The National Agency of Pet Grooming School's Student Questionnaire will be issued to all students for them to complete and return direct to the National Agency of Pet Grooming Schools. This confidential report forms part of the quality monitoring of all training centers. |
